Sere Tuscumbia
O_O;; And we're supposed to pronounce that HOW?! Lettsee . . . any other names I can provide explanations for that are actually interesting? *starts going through her names* Ah. Aisha Karnchanakaphan. Try pronouncing THAT. Well, this one isn't really that hard, I just like trying to get people to spell that. Maybe I should change my name to that . . . heheheheh. No. I'm not. Well, le story is: Aisha--made this name off of a picture of a cat girl, and immediatly thought of Aisha ClanClan from Outlaw Star. Karnchanakaphan--had a Summer Arts (its a little program that runs in the summer. That's all I'm going to divulge about that) intern/teacher named Tisha Karnchanakaphan and I thought that that was just the coolest last name in the world. So I decided to use her last name, thus Aisha Karnchanakaphan was born. Aisha-- Ai (a) sha (shuh) Karnchanakaphan-- Karn (carn) cha (chuh) naka (naka) phan (fawn) Aisha Karnchanakaphan. Muse
Originally posted by Lalaith Ril Ok well the story behind my new name: Lalaith Ril I used it, and had it for that whole trilogy. I also used it in two other RPG's. Well some people...LAUREN...couldn't get past calling me Lalaith Ril...so well I decided to change it, so vua la. My name.
shrugs Well, so what! pouts, then notices everyone staring at her new name Oh, right. My name...:D Okay, pretty plain and simple here. Chibi must be my favorite Anime word known to mankind, so after I saw James'eseseseses Announcement I decided I wanted something with Chibi in it. First, I was thinking Kirby, but Kirby is already a Chibi(For those of you who dont know, Chibi eans small) so obviously that wouldnt work. So I started thinking. ChibiShuichi? Too long. Chibi...to boring. So, then it came to me. Take my favortie anime character, turn him onto a Chibi, and vuala! ChibiTrunks is now my nick^^ And the good thing is, there really is ChibiTrunks, so my name makes since! Jeebs
I used to be Shadow, which was supposed to be Shadow the Evil Hedgehog, but it was too long. Now I changed it to Devlin, which is the name of a character in a little anime series I made up in my head.
enigma
Where did I get my name from...hmmmm.. Honestly, I have no idea how it came to, but I do know when. One day I was just making up a name on some chat thing and the name 'ENIGMA' just popped into my head. Eversince then, I've just been using the name enigma. And that's the story of how I got bitten on the face by the Majestic Moose....Or is that a different story????
Dan L
Originally posted by Semjaza Azazel If anyone read all that, I owe them a cookie :D
*Demands his cookie* That was quite interesting.. Being a recent christian, I already know that the books of the bible were selected out of more than what's in them now, but I didn't know anything about the ones that were left out, the 'Apocyrpha'. It was quite interesting too, to learn that they say that Jesus acted out of anger in his childhood.. I don't have any particular opinion on whether it's true or not.. but either way, God acted a lot out of anger in the early books of the Old Testament, and then came to regret it, so yeah.. that's why I found it interesting. I pretty much assumed nothing was known about Jesus' childhood, since it wasn't included in the Bible..

Rhys Mayiessen
I like writing stories so I used one of the names from one of the stories I'm writing. Its actually suppose to be The Lady of the Wood, Rhys but that was too long and I didn't just want to put Rhys cause that would be too boring so I made up a last name Mayiessen. Oh by the way Rhys is pronouced "Riss". :p Rhys is basically half Latine (land) elf and half Eaul (water) elf that has the unusally ablity to hear animals and people's thoughts. Her and her best and only friend Liam aquire two unusally dragons that are not the normal colours. Yeah that's a little bit of information about my story. Sveven Dvorking
My username is modified from my real name, with two letters changed and one letter added. I thought up this name nearly two years ago when I decided I wanted to be referred to online as something other than my real name. In other words, there is no interesting story here. PiroMunkie
Hrmm... I've only had three real names throughout my time in Otaku. My very first will forever remain a mystery to all. Only I know it. ^_^ Unless someone else does, and just does not speak of it. I changed it because the account did not work or something... So I re-registered. pyrodragon13 was my first usable screen name here on OtakuBoards. I do not know why I chose it. The "pyro" part obviously for my love of fire. "dragon" was probably chosen because they breathe fire, and breath is the essence of life (I doubt I was intelligent enough back then to think that deeply into that idea though). "13" the first two odd numbers on the keyboard, and the number "13", which is a fun one cause some people are afraid of it. How one can fear a number is beyond me. Though, one can be a scary number. It is rather lonely. Hrmm... in thinking some more, somewhere in v2 or v3 we had a name change option, and I think I might have just changed my name to PyroDragon. The essence still remains. I do not count it as a real name change. Then, I believe on the arrival of v4 everyone had to re-register. So there I decided to change my name up a bit. Thus, PiroMunkie was born. Why did I choose this? Well we have already discussed the whole thing of fire. The second half deals with my obsession with those lovely little primates. Yes, I do enjoy the theory of evolution. To think that my greatest ancestors were similar to these animals excites me. Why did I spell it wrong? Well, "PyroMonkey" just appears too dull. No where near as thrilling to me as the visual edge "PiroMunkie" has to my eyes. I can not even type the word "monkey" anymore without having to stop and actually pay attention to what letters I am striking. This is the name I have decided, and this is the name I shall remain. The one, and the only.
